Yvonne Bolden Grinnell was born on April 7, 1960. On the morning of November 8, 2024, God, in his infinite wisdom, whispered in our beloved Yvonne's ear, and told her to come on home, your work here is done. Well done my good and faithful servant. She was preceded in death by her mother, Inez Mickie; father, Robert Bolden; and her brother, Thomas Mickie.

At the age of three Yvonne's mother passed and she was cared for by her aunt, Elizabeth Satterwhite.

Yvonne accepted Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of Cedar Street Memorial Baptist Church where she served on the Nursing Ministry.  She attended regularly until her health begin to decline.

She attended John Marshall High School. For 45 years she was a loving and caring Caregiver to many people. Her favorite hobby was playing Bingo.

Yvonne was a mother, grandmother, cousin and a faithful friend during her life journey.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory, her daughter, Chenique Bolden; grandson, Tequan Gilliam; devoted cousin and Caretaker, Carolyn Randolph; and a host of other family and friends.
