William A. Battle
William A. Battle, affectionately known as "Billy", was the youngest child of the late Arthur R. Battle Jr. and Ethelyn R. Battle. He was born on June 27, 1968, in Richmond, Virginia. After a brief illness, William "Billy" entered a peaceful rest on October 14, 2026.
He is survived by a host of loving family members and friends. Professional services entrusted to Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th Street.
