Shelia L. Perry d eparted this life November 24, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Banks; son, Shawn Perry; daughter, Nia Perry; and brother, Carroll Perry. She is survived by her seven children, Sabrina (Herb), Veronica (Ron), Ivory (Lonell), Joy, Teon (Kita), Ton'ee (Anson), and Errez; brother, Aubrey Perry; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend special thanks to the team at Bon Secours Community Hospice House. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Friday, December 1, 2023, from 1 to 8 p.m., and where funeral services will be held Satuday, December 2, 2023, at 2 p.m.
