Russell Lee Terry, affectionately known as "Time," departed this life on February 15, 2026, at Henrico Rehabilitation and Health Center. He was born on May 30, 1950, in Enfield, North Carolina to the late Elnora Pierce and James Terry who loved him dearly.

Russell accepted Christ at an early age in Enfield, North Carolina, where he began building the strong spiritual foundation that would guide him throughout his life. His faith was quiet yet steadfast, reflected in the way he treated others—with kindness, patience, and love.

He was employed with McKee Roofing Systems for 10-15 years, where he was known as a dependable and hardworking man. "Time" was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He had a genuine soul, a caring heart, and a deep love for his family. Being a family man meant everything to him, and he carried that role with pride and devotion.

"Time" will be remembered for his quiet strength, generous spirit, and unwavering love for those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his devoted wife, Dorothy Payne Terry; two sisters, Cora Terry and Nora Lee; one brother, Willie Mason Terry; four sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will forever hold him dear.
