Richard C. Taylor Jr. departed this life January 16, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Taylor; brother, William Taylor; two sisters, Linda Fultz and Gladys Palmer; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Friday, January 27, 2023, from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at New Elam Baptist Church, 8101 Cumberland Road, New Kent, VA, on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 1 p.m. Interment New Elam Baptist Church Cemetery.
