Reginald L. Vines Sr., age 61, went to be with the Lord on November 1, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cleo Sr. and Bessie Hart; parents, Richard Sr. and Shirley Vines; uncles, Clyde, Cleo Jr., and Alphonso Hart; aunt, Dorothy Wright; and brother, Richard Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Loretta; sons, Reginald Jr. (Dee) and Dominique (Grant); grandchildren, Jarrel, Reginald III, Jo'Niya, and Dayonna; brother, Bernard (Debbie); sisters, Veronica (Eric) Price and Francine Roberts; uncle, Welford (Olivia); devoted aunts, Bessie Hardney and Wilnet Hart-Jones; many dear cousins, especially Martha Jackson; and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.
