Raymond E. Scott Jr., of Richmond, departed this life August 23, 2024. He is survived by his mother, Helen Scott; three sisters, Sandra Pryor, Cheryl Scott, and Rachel Talley; two nephews, four nieces, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
