Phyllis E. Doby, of Richmond, departed this life July 12, 2026. She is survived by her son, Ronald Doby Jr.; daughter, Kia Delamar: and a host of other loving family members and friends. Professional services entrusted to Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Friday, July 24, 2026, from 1 to 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 215 Wilkinson Rd., on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 12 noon. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
