Pedro Dion Webb, 55, transitioned peacefully on September 20, 2025, at VCU Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. He was born on January 5, 1970, to the late Minnie Mae Webb and Johnny Maurice Chandler. He was also preceded in death by Camisha Hyde and Johnny Webb.

Although born in Richmond, Pedro's roots began in Newport News, Virginia. From an early age, he discovered his gift and calling as a professional barber. Over the years, his skill, style, and personality built him a loyal clientele, including many well-known figures across Virginia. Beyond his work, Pedro was a man of strong faith and attended Community Church of God in Christ, where his belief in God guided his life.

Pedro was full of life and enjoyed the simple pleasures—cheering for his beloved San Francisco 49ers, taking walks to the local market, and relaxing at home watching movies on his theater system or binge-watching his favorite crime scene investigation series. Of all his joys, his greatest was spending time with his grandchildren, who brought him endless love and happiness.

Pedro will be remembered as a dedicated and loving father to Pedro "Rock" Slater, Jasmine Slater, Jamie Slater (mother, Donita Slater), Tatiana White, Isaiah Allen, and Hezekiah "Luke" Hanrahan. He was a devoted brother to Shirlitha Hyde, Emanuel Hyde, Harry Hyde IV, and Kevin Webb. He also leaves behind his beloved fiancée, Veda M. Johnson; his caring aunts, Doris Webb and Julie Peters; and a host of grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who loved and admired him.

Pedro's presence was larger than life, and his love for his family and friends was unwavering. His memory will remain a source of comfort, strength, and inspiration to all who were blessed to know him.
