Orlando Moss

Orlando Moss departed this life peacefully at home on May 11, 2026. Orlando was born on May 22, 1961, in Richmond, VA, to his mother, Cherrie Moss; and was preceded in death by his father, Tarzan Moss. During his high school years at Highland Springs, Orlando excelled on the football field as a running back #44!

Orlando is survived by his former spouse, Brenda; their two children, Alicia and Brittany; one grandson, Gabriel; and three brothers, Percival (Amanda, deceased), Bartholomew (Robin), and Emmanuel (Gilda). Orlando leaves behind a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Orlando will be remembered for his love of ‘America’s Team’, the Dallas Cowboys, and for his carefree spirit.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Orlando Moss at Saint Paul's Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Rd., Richmond, Va., 23223, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 12 noon.
