Michael Ray Dickerson transitioned on March 17, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his parents, James G. and Adele W. Dickerson; and his brother James G. III.  He is survived by his three children, Ali, Sierra, and Jasmaine Dickerson; grandchildren, Jamari and Jordan; brothers, Ralph L. and Charles W.; sisters, Robin Dickerson and Tonya Milo (Terrance); and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends, including two devoted friends, MaChere Dickerson and Ray Hockaday. He attended Richmond Public Schools and graduated from Armstrong High School in 1970.  He also attended VCU.  He worked at VCU for over 20 years as a supervisor of their print department and retired from Xerox in 2012. Professional services entrusted to Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St. All services will be private by request of the family.
