"Moe", of Henrico, departed this life February 24, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Ella Woodson; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Friday, March 8, 2024, from 2 to 8 p.m., and where funeral services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 12 noon. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
