Latricia Y.
Leeper
d. Mar 1, 2026
Latricia Leeper, born March 16, 1970, peacefully departed this life on March 1, 2026, surrounded by the love of family and friends. A devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Latricia will be remembered for her kindness, ambition, and unwavering spirit. She brought warmth wherever she went, uplifting all who had the privilege to know her.
Latricia was a proud graduate of John Marshall High School and went on to become a beloved daycare owner, dedicating her career to nurturing children in her community before retiring. She was known for her passion for shopping, adventurous palate, and her love for trying new foods, especially seafood—a true enthusiast in every sense. Her generous heart and unyielding support created lasting memories among those around her.
She was preceded in death by Robert Bulluck and Carolyn Brewer, as well as her beloved daughter, Latecia Woods. Latricia's legacy continues through her two devoted sons, Marquee Leeper and Kevon Leeper; her cherished grandchildren, Kemon Leeper-Turner, Mahree Leeper-Turner, De'Zari Leeper, De'Zire Leeper, and De'Ari Leeper; and her loving sisters, Tara Jackson and Kellie Bulluck. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever hold her memory close.
Latricia's presence in the lives of her family and community will be deeply missed, but the example she set—of ambition, devotion, and love—will live on. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. The family invites all who knew and loved Latricia to join in honoring her memory and sharing the stories of joy and inspiration she brought to so many.
