Kate G. Anthony departed this life December 2, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Galvin Anthony Sr.; daughter, Yolanda Anthony Brown; and son, Galvin Anthony Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Venecia Anthony; two sons, Romond Anthony Sr. and Renard Anthony Sr.; 10 grandchildren, Spechal, Shantell, Marcus, Romond Jr., Arnonda, Ajon, Katelyn, Renard Jr., Kamarii, and Miracle; two great-grandchildren, Elysia and Romond III; brother, Harold Fleming; sister, Gladys Bryant; special friend, Veronica Gray Archer; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 2 to 8 p.m., and where funeral services will be held Friday, December 13, 2024, at 1 p.m. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
