Juanita S. Daise departed this life May 28, 2024. She is survived by her husband, Roy S. Daise; three brothers, William, Ronald, and Kevin Smith; two aunts, Bertha Webb and Clara Barrett; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where the family will receive friends Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 31st Street Baptist Church, 823 N. 31st St., on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 2 p.m. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
