Joyce R. Johnson, "JJ", departed this life August 10, 2024. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Lewis H. Johnson Sr.; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 1127 N. 28th St., on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 11 a.m. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
