HALL-DABNEY, Jean, departed this life November 4, 2022. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Dabney; daughter, Saundra Trueheart; son, Delbert Turner Jr.; three grandchildren, Delbert Turner III and Mykeal and Shante Trueheart; brother, Harry Hall Jr. (Val); two great-grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Professional services entrusted to Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Monday, November 14, 2022, from 2 to 8 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 216 W. Leight St., on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 1 p.m. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
