James Irving Hudson, Jr. entered eternal rest on Friday, August 23, 2024. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, James and Alice Hudson.

James leaves behind his devoted wife, Mary Pat Hudson; and his cherished daughter, Janene Crockett (Jerel). He is also survived by his bonus daughter, Andree Aboite (Pierre); and his special canine companion, Brooklyn. His memory will be treasured by his brother, David Hudson (Gail); and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was a proud and loving grandfather to his grandchildren, Jordan Crockett, Monika Monk, Rashan, Saleem, and Andre Aboite; who will continue to carry his legacy forward.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a local Animal Shelter or SPCA. Alternatively, you can honor James's spirit by doing something kind for someone else—pay it forward.
