Irene V. Bagby, of Richmond, departed this life June 5, 2023. She is survived by her daughter, three sons, one sister, one brother, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 2 to 8 p.m., and where funeral services will be held Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 1 p.m. Interment Washington Memorial Park.
