Ethelyn H. Parker, of Richmond, departed this life March 11, 2026. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Atkins. She is survived by her husband, Angelo Parker; children, Candra Parker, Charmaine Tennyson (Reginald), Cathy Parker, Angelo Parker Jr. (Kimara), and Arshae Davis (Michael); and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other devoted relatives and friends.  Professional services entrusted to Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where the family will receive friends Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3300 R St., on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 11 a.m. Interment Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Myrtle Battle Scholarship Fund at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
