Edward L.
Farmer
d. Feb 10, 2024
Edward Lee Farmer, affectionately known as Eddro to his friends and family, passed away on February 10, 2024. He was the second child of Margaret Farmer, born on January 17, 1967. Edward was known for his infectious smile and his love of cooking. He was always sharing his skills on the Internet.
Ed's early years were spent with his siblings, Joseph Farmer Sr. and Levette Biggs; where they would have a bond that would last a lifetime.
After graduating from Heritage High School in 1985, he pursued his passion for cooking by starting at Morrisons Cafeteria in Lynchburg and eventually in Charlottesville, Virginia.
In 2015, Ed married Tammy who he affectionately refers to as his Angel. They built a life filled with love and laughter, although they had no children, and were especially fond of his nephew and nieces, Joseph Jr., Brianna, Kayla and Jessica; grandnieces, Crisselle and Harmony; and his one grandnephew, Amari. Ed's absence will be felt by his Lynchburg family including his aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Edward Farmer will be remembered as a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. His service will be officiated by Pastor Unique McKibbens, a cherished friend of his wife. Ed's warmth and humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
