Daniel A. Arrington, affectionately known as "Danny", was born December 4, 1964, in Richmond, Va., to the late Gloria Goode and the late Harold Arrington Sr. Danny went to his Heavenly home December 13, 2022.

Danny was raised in Creighton Court and later moved to Henrico County. He graduated from Varina High School and later went into the U.S. Army. Danny married Betty Alexander after returning home from the military. He worked at Airgas and later Bungee Oil until his health failed. Danny was a huge fan of WWE wrestling and loved to watch Cheaters, Star Trek, Sistas, and Maury Povich. He was a people person and everyone loved him. Danny was friendly to everyone. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Goode; father, Harold Arrington Sr.; and step-mother, Marie Arrington. Danny is survived by his two sons, Damon Mealy and Bryant Waddy; two daughters, Shakita Cook and Bianca "BabyGirl" Waddy; his high school sweetheart, Sharon Green; sister, Jacqueline Campbell; two brothers, Harold Arrington Jr. and Maurice Arrington; his precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. He will be missed a great deal.
