WRIGHT, Clarice P., of Henrico, Virginia, peacefully departed this life on Monday, January 26, 2026. She was born to the late Elijah D. Pleasants and Bernice N. Pleasants. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Fred D. Wright, Sr., and her beloved son, Dennis Wright.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory three loving sons, Fred D. Wright, Jr. (Barbara), Norris Wright (Valerie), and Michael Wright (Sabrina); her daughter-in-law, Shelia Wright (Dennis); five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Juanita Pleasants and Betty Flower Pleasants; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.

Clarice was a faithful and dedicated member of Antioch Baptist Church of Henrico, where she gave wholeheartedly of her time, love, and service. Her life was a reflection of quiet strength, unwavering faith, and deep devotion to family and community. Her legacy will live on through all who were blessed to know and love her.

Professional services entrusted to Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., Richmond, VA, 23223, where viewing will be available Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 2 to 7:30 p.m., and where the family will receive friends that same evening from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at Antioch Baptist Church of Henrico, 1384 New Market Rd., Richmond, VA, 23231, Friday, February 6, 2026, at 11 a.m. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
