Clarence Lee Williams Jr. was born on February 09, 1968, in Halifax, NC. He entered eternal rest on April 05, 2023, at Bon Secours – Southside Medical Center in Petersburg, VA.

Clarence was educated by the Richmond Public Schools system. At a young age, he was hit by a car and was told that he would not survive. He proved everyone wrong by not only surviving but by learning to walk and talk again. He was a fierce protector of his family and always said "family is all we got".

Clarence was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Jones; his grandmother, Mary Louise Dickens; and his devoted cousin, Clifton "Cliff" Dickens.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Kevonte Coleman; his granddaughter, KeVon'e Allen; his father, Clarence Lee Williams Sr. ; siblings, Kip Dickens, Eddie Dickens, Doris Lloyd, John Dickens, Delvin Dickens, Terry Dickens, Dela Dickens, Clarence Perry, and Harrell Dickens; two devoted cousins, Mary Jones and Eugenia Lynch; and a host of other relatives, friends and loved ones too numerous to list.
