Charlotte D. Ramsey-Johnson, of Henrico, departed this life June 5, 2024. She is survived by her husband, Lemuel Johnson Jr.; two sons, Junius Mason III (Pam) and Marvin Austin (Sandi); four grandchildren; a host of stepchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Fourth Baptist Church, 2800 P St., on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 11 a.m. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
