Charles A. Bowers Sr., of Henrico, departed this life February 11, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Eva S. Bowers. He is survived by a host of loving relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where the family will receive friends Wednesday, February 21, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 216 W. Leigh St., on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 12 noon. Interment Dale Memorial Park.
