Mrs. Beatrice Tolliver Pollard was born May 30, 1931, in Richmond VA.  She entered eternal rest on Monday, December 5, 2022, at Lucy Corr.  She was preceded in death by both her parents; mother, Mrs. Emma Louise Holloway, and father, Mr. Bernard Tolliver, husband, Mr. William Pollard, Sr., daughters, Mrs. Felix T. Christian, Mrs. Doris H. Price, and Ms. Patricia L. Pollard; sons, Mr. Melvin L. Tolliver, Mr. William Pollard, Jr., and Mr. Bobby L. Pollard.

Beatrice received her education in the Richmond Public Schools.  Beatrice joined Bethlehem Baptist Church at an early age and attended faithfully until her health began to fail. She was employed as a teacher assistant with the Richmond Public School System until she retired.

She leaves to cherish her most fond memories daughters, devoted Ms. Kathryn B. Tolliver, Mrs. Joyce White, Ms. Stephanie Pollard, Ms. Wilnette Pollard; sons, Mr. Thurman Pollard, Mr. Michael Pollard, and Mr. Reginald Pollard; twenty-nine grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren and twelve great, great grandchildren.  A host of other relatives and friends. We will always cherish your memory and keep you in our hearts.
